UNTIL I'M FAMOUS
2007
![]() |
About 60,000 young people drop out of school every year in Holland. This group causes every now and again trouble and their future perspective are everything but positive. Drugs use, criminality and long time unemployment are most likely for this group.
In the series UNTIL I'M FAMOUS, Febio, Sabrina and Susan are being followed. They have dreams like many young people about a career as rapper, singer or actor. But only a few realise this dream and while awaiting this they are forced to prepare them self’s for the regular labour market.
In both parts they are followed during a longer period and we see how they deal with the struggle of preparing for the labour market. The series raises questions about how society has to deal with this youth.
